Hey y’all! I thought I would update everyone on the delicious cookies I received and the three lucky people who got my delicious cookies. 😉
I actually got two batches the exact same day.
The first one I opened was from Heather of Hezzi-Ds Books and Cooks. She made the most addictive red velvet shortbread cookies. I refused to share. Well, that’s a lie. I tried to share and then I got really jealous when someone ate one of the cookies so I decided to just eat them all myself. Slick, I know.
The second box I opened was from Dorothy of Crazy for Crust. This box was awesome because it came with a surprise second batch of cookies! Her oatmeal pudding cookies were addictive. The BF jammed one into his mouth and between chewing managed to splurt out, “You should really learn how to make your cookies this soft.” I told him to shut his pie hole or he was going to spit out more of the cookie than he could swallow. And then I eagerly anticipated her blog post so I could find out her secret.
The last batch that arrived was from Tiffany from A Clove of Garlic, A Pinch of Salt. For the record I only got to try one cookie because The BF crammed all the others in his cram hole before I never knew what was happening. Judging by the muffled grunts in the kitchen I’m going to guess they were fabulous. Guess I’ll just have to make a batch to find out for myself.
The lovely ladies that I sent my cookies to were
Kelly of Eat Yourself Skinny. Can I just say, those pecan sandies look amazeballs.
Kayla of Pure Sweet.
And Julie of White Lights on Wednesday. Uhm, dark chocolate orange shortbread? Yes please!
Go check them out y’all! I’ll be back next week some quick and easy homemade holiday gifts just in time for you last minute gifters out there!
